DESCRIPTION: Schoeler & Heaton (in Joint venture with RMA) is currently providing full consulting services for the complete rehabilitation of Postal Station B, a Classified heritage building on Sparks Street. S&H/RMA are overseeing the envelope conservation, interior design, furniture systems, interior architectural work (including asbestos abatement), heating system replacement, plumbing system upgrade, HVAC upgrade, sprinkler upgrade, electrical system upgrade, control system upgrade, and seismic upgrade. The project is scheduled to be completed in late 2019.
